1 Sauna Attire Policy at The Haven

For comfort, hygiene, and effectiveness, all guests must wear lightweight, breathable clothing (cotton or natural fibers).
Towels may be used to sit on, but nudity is not permitted in our sauna. Thank you for respecting our shared wellness space.

2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows may be subject to a fee for the full cost of the missed appointment. A credit card is required to be securely kept on file at the time of booking and may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Payment for missed appointments must be settled before booking your next appointment. Please note, cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance.
