We are pleased to offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. However, please note that direct billing is not always guaranteed. From time to time, technical issues or limitations with your provider may prevent us from submitting a claim on your behalf.

In such cases, clients are responsible for paying the full cost of the session at the time of service. A detailed receipt will be issued so you can submit the claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit and debit cards
• Cash
• E-transfer

We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you come prepared to pay at the time of service, in the event that direct billing cannot be completed.

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
• Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. We want you to feel relaxed and at ease during your massage therapy session.

What to Wear

• You may undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress completely for massage therapy.
• For TMJ therapy, you may remain fully clothed or undress to your comfort level.

Privacy & Draping

• Professional draping techniques are used at all times to ensure your privacy and comfort.
• Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
• You will be covered with a sheet and blanket throughout the session.
• Communication is encouraged - please let us know if you need any adjustments.

If you have any questions or concerns about our apparel policy, please don't hesitate to discuss them with your therapist before your session begins.
