We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your spot to another client.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows may be subject to a fee for the full cost of the missed appointment.

A credit card is required to be securely kept on file at the time of booking and may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Payment for missed appointments must be settled before booking your next appointment.

Please note, cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance.
